Other Ways to Help

Oasis distributes essential items to families in need. We regularly collect small and large donations of shelf-stable foods, baby needs (diapers, formula, etc.), personal hygiene items, seasonal goods, and more. 

We ask you to deliver the items to our community center at 59 Mill Street in Paterson, NJ.  Drop-off hours are 8am – 11am and 1pm – 2:30pm Monday through Friday. Contact our team to learn more.

Weekend Survival Bags

Oasis has 125 children in our After School Academy program. Many children in this program miss at least one meal every weekend. Help a child combat hunger by donating the following items: 

  • Breakfast: mini cereal, oatmeal, shelf-stable milk 
  • Lunch/Dinner: Microwavable mac & cheese, ravioli, soup 
  • Drinks: Small water, juice box 
  • Snacks: Fruit cup/applesauce, granola bars, goldfish, crackers, pretzels
