Jennifer Brady joined the Oasis family as Executive Director in 2015. She has 35 years of professional experience in the nonprofit sector. 

Jennifer has presided over significant growth in the organization during her nine-year tenure as Executive Director. She has overseen a $5.4 million capital campaign in support of a building expansion project, which included a two-story addition and a new fourth floor. The expansion has added a thrift store, wellness room, multiple new classrooms, and a rooftop garden to the existing Oasis building. It allows for a 50 percent increase in the number of women and children Oasis will serve annually in the coming years. 

Jennifer believes deeply in the Oasis mission and its power to change lives: “Oasis is a very special place, where you can see first-hand how you can affect the lives of the poor among us. You only need to walk through the halls of Oasis to feel the power of hope.”
